Abstract

Based on the understanding and the brief review of developing process of reflection, the article is aimed at unveiling the significance of reflective teaching in three dimensions: for a teacher’s career advancement, for teaching itself, and for the making of a reflective teacher and the students with key competences. Effective reflection supports a comprehensive and sustainable development in teaching, thus benefiting both teachers and students.
