ITS will sincerely welcomes Special Issues proposals in many of our journals that cover a specific area out of the wide topic. To properly evaluate your Special Issue proposal, please fill all information in the following charts. After you finish the proposal, please send it, together with the CV of Lead Guest Editor and Guest Editors as attachments to special.issues@itspoa.com. Thank you for Special Issue proposal, ITS will check the proposal and make a decision as soon as possible.

    Lead Guest Editor is in charge of the whole Special Issues.
