Published in open access model, ITS aims to provide a flexible open platform for researchers and institutions to share, and discuss the current and potential issues arising from the academic field. Upholding the rigorous peer-review process, ITS is dedicated to providing more high quality research articles for readers, and promote the development of the global significant researches.

Our Editors and Reviewers Team
ITS possesses quantities of distinguished editorial members and reviewers, who are committed to handling all the manuscripts submitted fairly and promptly. As editorial board members or reviewers, they play a critical role in ensuring the quality and validity of online journals.

In order to ensure the fairness and avoid any potential conflict of interest, authors of manuscripts submitted to ITS should declare that their contributions do not include any defamation or infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party. Reviewers should also declare to handle all the submissions objectively to avoid any personal bias.
